are confronted with rapid demographic changes. The online courses provide an awareness

"We chose IntraLearn because it was the most cost-effective solution, while still
providing a full-featured platform for online training."
The IFA Educational Foundation developed the Diversity Training courses with a grant
from the Coca-Cola Company. The courses are designed for franchise executives, franchisees,
and managers to be used for developing a company's own diversity awareness and training
program or to augment current training programs. The IntraLearn software allows
employees to access courses at their own pace. They may be started or completed
at any time. All they need is an Internet connection.
