today the establishment of IntraLearn Latin America Ltda. (“ILLA”) in São Paulo,
Brazil. IntraLearn Latin America is a joint venture between IntraLearn Software
Corp. and Nexus Global Partners, LLC, a cross-border advisory firm focused on the
execution of international expansion plans for small to midsize companies.
IntraLearn has been successfully sold by resellers in South America since 1999.
IntraLearn Latin America will further that growth by creating and supporting locally
a Latin American community of IntraLearn partners to share ideas, experiences, strategies
and resources across the region. This dedicated regional market approach will benefit
